Our Leadership

CA. Hitesh Parmar is the founder & in-charge of the firm. He has a rich experience of more than 5 years in the fields of Statutory audits, Tax audits, bank audits including Statutory audits of various multinationals & large listed companies. He has vast experience in the construction, real estate & manufacturing industry. He currently specializes in advisory & compliance for direct & Indirect taxes & accounting advisory. He has also worked on IND AS convergence assignments for a listed company including their consolidated financial statements. He has authored various articles on Income tax, GST, Benami transactions law & accounting standards including the recent article published on Covid-19 impact on financial reporting & audit. He has completed his graduation from Symbiosis college of arts & commerce, Pune. He enjoys connecting with nature and socializing.
